EMG Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Quantrader.ai platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, language preference, trading experience level, risk tolerance, capital range, and time availability (collected during registration and onboarding).

Payment Information: Processed and stored by Stripe, Inc. We do NOT store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details on our servers. We retain Stripe customer IDs and subscription metadata.

Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, AI queries made, courses completed, quiz scores, trade journal entries, watchlist tickers, login timestamps, IP addresses, device information, and browser type.

Trading Data: If you use the Trading Journal, we store the trade data you voluntarily input.

Communication Data: Emails sent/received through our system, community chat messages, and support interactions.

Cookies and Tracking: We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens) and preferences (language). We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous usage metrics. We do NOT use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service. To personalize your experience (language, content recommendations, tier-appropriate features). To process payments and manage subscriptions. To send transactional emails (welcome, billing, alerts, Daily Brief). To send marketing communications (only with your consent). To generate AI-powered analysis tailored to your profile. To enforce our Terms of Service. To analyze aggregated, anonymized usage patterns. To comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal information. Ever.

We share information only with: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic (AI processing — queries may include market data context but do NOT include personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily include it), Stream.io (community chat), Alpaca / FMP / Market Data App (market data — no personal information shared).

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your active account. After deletion, personal data is deleted within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes — retained for 7 years). Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including: 256-bit TLS encryption for all data in transit; Row-Level Security (RLS) ensuring users can only access their own data; single-session enforcement; rate limiting on all API endpoints; HSTS, CSP, and other security headers; input sanitization to prevent injection attacks.

While we implement robust security measures, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Your Rights

Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Correction: You can update your account information at any time through the Platform.

Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting support.

Portability: You can request your Trading Journal data in a machine-readable format.

Opt-out: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

7. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act: right to know what personal information is collected; right to delete; right to opt-out of sale (we do not sell personal information); right to non-discrimination. 8. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access from outside the US, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States. For EU/EEA users: we process data under legitimate interest for service provision.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

10. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification at least 15 days before taking effect.
